We want you to love your Taylor Swift Store merchandise, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns on unworn and unwashed apparel within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all original tags are attached and the items are in their original packaging to be eligible for a full refund.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Follow the prompts to download and print a prepaid shipping label, which will be sent directly to your registered email address.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the items in their original packaging, include the packing slip, and affix the prepaid return label to the outside of the box.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
